MMT was established in 2010 and is certified as a HUBZone company by the SBA and the State of Texas.  MMT is a recognized minority enterprise by the Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council (HMSDC).  

MMT corporate management has many years of direct hands-on experience in providing all types of services to government, utility and industrial/commercial enterprises.  

Tom Malone, President and founder of MMT, has over 35 years first-hand experience in the management of Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Utility and Renewable Energy design and construction activities, both in domestic and international locations.  He has extensive experience in product development and application, testing and project delivery. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and is well trained in process, manufacturing and project management employing the Six Sigma tools and processes to deliver first time quality and safety to every project. 

Jim Bowen, PE - Vice-President  - has over 40 years of experience in petrochemical and cogeneration projects.  Initially, he worked for EXXON as a power systems engineer both in the US and abroad. He served as Technical Director for Powell Electrical Manufacturing Company and provided leadership in development of low and medium voltage switchgear and circuit breakers. He also served as Vice-President of Advanced Technical Services for Dashiell Corporation where he advanced the concept of Safety By Design into High Voltage Substations. Prior to joining MMT Services Inc., he as Power Systems Technologist for Aramco Services Company.  He is a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and was elevated to the rank of IEEE Fellow for his pioneering work in Safety By Design.
